Chicken coop basics.

Basically all you need is a shelter that protects them from wind, rain, extreme temperatures and predators.  They need a nesting box -anything they can sit in and feel safe to lay their eggs.  They need a perch of some sort to get off the ground and be by themselves.  The structure can be as complex or as simple as you want it.  It is mainly for your convenience not the chickens as they don't really care much as long as they are loved and fed.  So use your creativity and use whatever you have in the garage or hire a contractor to make the dream coop
